For both Sellers and Buyers: Kathleen’s job does not end when an Offer is accepted or a Purchase & Sale Agreement is signed. She is able to close the sale by working directly with banks, insurance agents and attorneys to expedite any necessary information required and always attends Closings with both Sellers and Buyers.
For Renters: Kathleen will provide you with recent rental information and run a complimentary credit check for you so you will know your credit score up front that potential lessors will be reviewing. She will also provide you with association rules and regulations, a list of utility companies and local businesses to aid you in your move.
